Is there allocated seating?

No, seats are not allocated and cannot be reserved. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within your category of purchase. Our staff on the day will guide you to the next available seats within your ticket category.

Can I pass my ticket over to my friend if I can’t make it?

Yes, the event is suitable for children, all ages are welcome; however, we ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult.

Are children free to attend?

If a child is occupying a seat a ticket must be purchased.

Will there be photography at the events?

Yes, there will be a professional photographer taking photographs on behalf of Class A Events, MATW & White Flame for use in our marketing materials and social media channels. If you would prefer your images not to be used, please let a member of staff know at the event.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel we will do our best to re-arrange the event. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund.
